Disgusted One Plan

<p>I am livid at the insensitive unprofessional and utter disregard for my complaint with One Plan.<br />I stipulated in my correspondence with you that NO money is to be debited off my account until such time as all the money I have been out on medical expenses be reimbursed to me.<br />All I have done since April is pay you the HIGHEST Premium your company has to offer for nothing in return.<br />What is MOST disgusting is that I have to BEG for my money that I have spent on Doctors bills which should have been paid by One Plan. yet come the 28th your debit order went off my account with no problem. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! <br />And all I get is your matter has been escalated.</p>
