Disgusted double debit order

<p>In March this year I joined One Pet, and although originally with the full comprehensive cover, I decided to change to the hospital plan. So they happily changed plans for me and told me that my new amount to be debited will be R150 (with the excess buster). In April, I was debited with the amount of R230! When I called in I was told that the difference will be carried over into my May instalment. Which meant that in May, I would have been debited R70 only....no such luck. This morning I was debited a whooping R300! I will be cancelling immediately.</p>
