Disgracful service
Its gone now more than a week and my claims still haven't been paid out.The staff there don't do their jobs properly.A claim was sent in August and to date I still haven't been paid out.The service is pathetic and they have a don't care attitude.I have spoken to Kirsty and Megandren. My son need medical attention everyday. This is how Oneplan treats a child who has Leukemia. They don't care a dam. please out there look for other companies who can pay out.
Hi Brendon,
All of our clients are important to us, especially so, our insured children and we aim to provide an equal and fair service to all of our clients as per our company culture and embedded TCF principles.
As per our discussion with you via email, we are required to ensure the following:
We cannot unjustly enrich our clients, therefore, we have to confirm payment with your Medical Aid Scheme as we have communicated and in order to be fair to all our clients equally and fairly, we have to apply our terms and conditions as per the policy wording. The policy wording states that a Dread Disease has to be treated in hospital. It does not cover day-to-day consultations and check-ups.
We understand the difficulties you face and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and have to apply out TCF policy to ensure all of our clients receive fair service and cover. We have attached our Complaints Resolution Policy for your perusal.
Regards,
The Oneplan Team
