Disgraceful Health Insurance

One Plan is officially the WORST health insurance EVER! <br> From day one I had only problems with them, Before signing up I had asked as much questions to the agent as possible and read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly.<br> 1. I was never told there would be a waiting period before the excess buster can be used<br> 2. I was never told should a premium be missed you will be suspended and to reinstate the policy you will need to pay x 2 months in advance<br> 3. In hospital was told it will be paid within 7 days which it was not, incorrect amounts were paid as per the norm the job was not done on One plan side as they required the invoices I had to run around stressing being **** to that it was paid and was not and lets not forget the fact that payments are done through a \ Universal Group\" The Managers on both One plan and Universal gave me the run around and universal Manager and agents were completely RUDE! One agent even refused to let me speak to the manager! <br> 4. Out of hospital I was not told you had to swipe by the doctor if not the invoices would need to sent or out of hospital gets suspended. <br> 5. Now that the policy has been cancelled I still get charged R100.00 handling fees "
