Disappointing Service

The service is poor, unreliable staff and people who wants the sale, but not willing to assist after the sale... two people i spoke to, Mckunnon and Kgomotso. Send emails to Mckunnon requesting cancellation and he never rep**** or confirmed receipt of the cancellation request. (12th April the email was sent to him). Never forwarded it or just help me in the right direction. So disgusted in his actions or lack thereof... I then phoned and asked whats happening as i have received no feedback whatsoever. Spoke to Kgomotso who said that the cancellation is time in order for the debit order not to be deducted. Really? Too good to be true hey? Indeed it was. I have requested a call from a supervisor several times and to date no phone call. I will never recommend this plan to anyone i know.
