Disappointed in one plan.

We have 4 cats covered on one plan. Our one cat had her pad on her foot split open. She was admitted for surgery which cost over R3000.00 to have the pad cleaned and sewn shut. One plan paid R1800.00 which was the maximum we could load in the card. We paid the rest and submitted the claim and they have not paid the difference. 2 days later the pad split open next to where it was originally seen closed. Once again she was admitted and this cost R3200.00. One plan have not paid any of that. Both were emergencies and she was loosing blood and the inards were coming out. She eventually had a total wound breakdown and had to be bandaged for nearly 2 months with bandages being changed twice a week. Nothing was covered by one plan. I have paid them more than what they have paid out and I have now decided to cancel and go with another company. My other cat had the same thing and Dotsure paid within 48 hours just less the R200 excess. By far better than one plan. One plan also told us they cover sterilisation and on enquiring they said they give R800 per year and as we had used R600 they would only pay R200. Pathetic.
