Disappointed.
I am sad to review this company at a 1 star but as a foster parent and in the process of adoption the company has disappointed me in a big way as they in writing sent me a email that states the following ( Copied form their email): " Trust you are well
Kindly note that the 1 year old child needs to be be the biological child of the principal member and added to the policy as a dependent"
Then i decided okay well this is a sign that i must move to another company and you guessed it they do not want to assist to cancel my 2 policies i have with them. I also have to state that when i confronted them about this they changed their statement and adoptive children can be added... Please be advised to look around for all options when looking for medical insurance a specially if your children comes first in your life, Biological or not i love my child the same.

It is deeply concerning of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us. Please rest assured that this matter will be investigated, and the relevant measures will be put into place as we do take customer feedback seriously.
As per our telephonic conversation, kindly note that we do cover non-biological children. We will only require the following documentation to be completed, we will require the ID copy of the policy holder, the birth certificate of each minor dependant and the relevant court order or documentation confirming custody / guardianship / care of the child has been provided to the policy holder.
Oneplan prides on equity and equality, therefore we would never turn you away. All children deserve to be loved and cared for and we admire you for this. As per your request, we have since proceeded to cancel your policy and will send you an email with confirmation of this.
