Disagreement with the discusion Oneplan had made. ( Dread Diseases)

Good Day

I am so disappointed with Oneplan, My Dad had a Stroke two weeks ago. So I got a phone call from the hospital yesterday that his funds is depleted and we now needs to transfer him to a state hospital. So I phoned Oneplan to assist me in this time of need. The lady that was assisting me was very help full to explain to me that Oneplan can help to use the funds on the dread diseases cover they just need the radiology reports, so the hospital send it trough to the relevant department with a letter from the doctor stated his serious condition. So the reply from Oneplan was the following (Kindly note that the case was reviewed by the underwriting department and has been declined for dreaded disease cover, as the radiology does not confirm the stroke.) I do not agree with this statement as for the reason why his is in hospital is due to the massive stoke he had.

My Mother needed to take him home yesterday due to financial reasons , but the Doctor was not happy with this discussion, but we had no other why.

Please can you review this reports for me.
