Despicable Service.
One Plan is really quick to take your Insurance Premiums. However One Plan clearly will find every excuse not to pay out legitimate claims. In fact they will go out of their way to repudiate a claim even if you're a long standing client with a spotless record. Finally their best trick is to ignore any correspondence and leave their clients at the mercy of a poor Call Center Agent who can not respond to any query. In fact I'm sure they will even ignore this rating and not even bother to establish the reason for my dissatisfaction In conclusion to anyone considering One Plan as an Insurance Provider I would advise that they not only review the conditions of the Plan but also refer to all the comments on this site. It will make you think twice I wish I had. The only reason they get 1 Star rating is because you cannot score lower.
