Denzil Govender
I've been with OnePlan Insurance since June 2017 and never have I ever had any problems with them paying for treatment. My son was in hospital for a week or so and never heard anything from a provider that I owed them anything.
Now again, I have a operation coming up and in less than 6 hours I got my authorization...also only because we waited on my dr's letter. Denzil Govender from the authorizations department helped me in a friendly and efficient manner and will request him again in future. Thank you again Denzil, you made my experience with OnePlan just better as it was...not that I didn't have good experience, but you know what I mean. :)
