Delivering on promise

One Plan accidentally loaded money onto my card before I went to go and see the surgeon. I phoned cause I went into a panic and was worried that the funds won't be available on date of surgeon visit. Ronald Govender was the person I spoke to and he promised me the money will be back in my card on the day of visit. Plus he apologized for the misunderstanding. He phoned me the day before the surgeon visit and I received an sms immediately afterwards that the funds were in my card. I immediately stopped worrying. All went smooth and even after that, no complaints. I handed in motivation letter, all was approved and had my operation today without any hassles. Thank you and I for one am happy to have medical insurance with One Plan!
