Delay on hospital claim authorisation
After various emails and telephone calls, got notified that my in hospital claim was not valid on my nine month old puppy, because eye conditions are excluded during the first year. Please read the very very fine print.

Kindly note that we have tried to contact you telephonically with regards to the above query however to no avail.
We truly sympathize with the situation and the discomfort that Lucy has experienced because of the eye condition. However the claim was repudiated due to eye conditions being a special condition that is excluded for the first twelve months. The exclusions on the policy are included in the policy documents sent out when the policy is first signed up and during the course of the policy. We once again apologize for all that you have been through. Kind Regards
