default blacklisting

Hi World <br> <br> i recently found out when i was quoting for a car that i have a default judgement in my credit report ,blacklisted by one plan...<br> <br> i made a full payment in November and i was blacklisted in December. so i called one plan and Mandy Brink was on the line with me , they told me that in their system it shows that i paid up the complete money they needed from me , they sent me the proof of payment which state that i did pay them <br> <br> they gave me a number and they said i must call , it was their ITC debt collectors <br> <br> i spoke to them and they told me that this account is no longer with them ,and that one plan took it back ,they added that i must call one plan they are the only one who can help me because they cant . <br> <br> when i call one plan they keep spinning around and not helping me , even today i am still black listed and one plan is doing nothing about it .
