********* company that only cares about their own money making.
OnePlan pet insurance has refused to pay a claim for my dogs spinal surgery. They have a lot of hidden terms and conditions, and are extremely ********* during their sales call and sign up.
There is no use in having them as an insurer - they expect you to first come up with the money for surgery and hospital cover and then decide if they will refund you or not, which in my case they did not. It's pointless as you would still need the funds available in your own personal capacity.
