DEBIT ORDERS

They offer you plans but debit your account with a totally different amount. I will not recommend oneplan insurance to anyone. One of the consultants called me Yesterday to ask me to accept the debit order again. I had told her that's not the amount I agreed to and then I received an sms confirming an amount which I did not accept.

Dear Kay,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

Kindly note that the Debi check mandate has a minimum and maximum amount. The minimum amount is related to your monthly premium and the amount that is to be deducted. The maximum amount that reflects includes 50% that is added to your premium, please note that this does not mean that the maximum amount will be deducted from your account. This amount simply allows for any minor changes that you may request related to adding/removing of the excess buster and or a dependent, or any upgrades to your policy as these changes may affect your premium.

We do understand it can be frustrating for clients to continuously accept Debi check mandates for every minor change that would affect the premium therefore the maximum amount was implemented. Should there be any changes to your premium it will either be as a direct result of material changes that you may request, and/or should there be any changes from our side we will notify you 30 days in advance.

We have acknowledged your complaint, and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to restore the experience.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
