Cynthia Kekana helped me in my time of need. What a caring and helpful person.

Covid is no jokes, and when you are facing hard times you need someone who won't judge or fight back when you need help. When going into a panic because a loved one is sick and you do not know what to do next, you need a helping hand, someone with a caring attitude and an answer to your fluster. Cynthia was that person! Handling my 'deurmekaar' questions, submissions and claims with the utmost respect, and picking up on my 'random panic humor' :)

Most importantly she followed up on us, asking how we were, if there was anything she could do for us.. How my Mum is doing and sending well wishes all the way through..

Thank you is such a small word, but i know Cynthia and the team at One Plan knows that its the small words that make the Biggest differences!
