Cynthia Kekana One plan
Cynthia Kekana was most helpful and took me through step by step on how to load my claims. She also provided me with followup assistance for my future claims. Very patient and understanding as I loaded my claims before and was not successful due to using the wrong options. Felt relieved that I had the support of her.
