Customer service is outrageous!
The customer service of One Plan is outrageous! I started a policy and recently had to cancel my policy (while in the cancellation period, keep in mind this is 7days) I can't even begin to describe how bad the customer service is with the cancellation of my policy, I have received no help from their side, I had to do everything from my side, they keep promising that they will follow up and I have yet to see any effort from their side, this is outrageous! If the service is so bad just trying to cancel my policy in the cancellation period I don't even want to know how bad the customer service is when you are a client of theirs! I will not be a client of theirs anytime soon and also I would not recommend that you put yourself through this headache!

It is deeply concerning that you had to contact us on multiple occasions to have this matter resolved, this is not the level of service that we aim to provide our clients with.
