Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Repayment of claims is a different story. Not sure how they expect R750 to cover a dog for a whole year when it comes to vaccines, neutering, microchipping etc.

Kindly note that the Pet Med Savings benefit may be used towards preventative care claims for your insured pet.
We are aware that the cover limit will not cover the full cost of preventative care claims, however, the Pet Med Savings benefit can be used for claims such as voluntary sterilization, vaccinations, and microchipping. While it may not cover the full cost of these claims, it offers assistance up to a limit of R750 per pet covered on the Classic plan. If you require additional coverage, you can consider adding the Pet Med Booster, which provides an extra R750 towards preventative care claims.
A vet consultation will fall under the Casualty benefit up to the cover limit of R1300 per Casualty benefit claim and your fur-baby has 4 Casualty Benefit claims per year. These are just a few of the many benefits and cover limits provided by our Pet Plans, which include both day-to-day and in-hospital benefits. Please note that these cover limits are renewed annually on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
