Customer service does nt exist
<p>I took a policy last month ... as it was my first time , jus like aslp companies , sales agents seem t know their job than customer service , i am still waiting for my terms n conditions as a result , i have been trying to call customer service. The iVR keeps re routing you from pilla to Japan .. i mean literally in japan. If i cant get to customer service to get basic feed back , how do i claim .. i have read post on hello peter , i am very sad.. Like SAD</p>

Thanks for taking the time to raise your concern, we have been attemtping to contact you however have been unable to get through to you.
We have looked in to the concern you raised and we see that all policy documents were sent to you on the 17 October 2016 via email, we have also since re-sent the documents through to the email address that we have on file.
We apologise that you were not able to get through to one of our staff when you called, we have five options available when you call our Customer Care department and option 5 will route your call directly to one of our consultants.
