Customer Service Delivery Feedback 😊
I have recently joined One Plan Medical Insurance and have had fantastic customer service through out. Today, however, I was contacted by Oliver Brinsford to confirm my information as well as a welcome to One Plan and I was flabbergasted with the amazing service response time and assistance that I received from him pertaining to my additional inquiries. It has been a long time since I have been impressed by a service provider. Well done. Oliver Brinsford and I look forward to my membership with One Plan 😊
