Hi, I just got serviced by Hilda Komane from Oneplan Health Insurance. I received a very warm help from her, she was so clear with all the documents that I needed to submit and also how and where to upload them. She asked me to hangup so she can call me back as I was phoning from from my cellphone...she saved me some airtime right there!
