I was talking to one of the employees of Oneplan health insurance , his name is Reanetsi.. What a gentleman he was very friendly and very patient, I kept on keeping him on hold for several times and asked if he could call me back, he even called me during his lunch time, I was very impressed, thank you so much Reanetsi, keep up the great work.
