Customer satisfaction @ One Plan Pet Insurance
My reference number is ***1 @ One Plan Pet Insurance. I refer to calls I made yesterday regarding a claim I made for two of my dogs, Megg and Zara. My husband had paid the animal clinic in full and I requested that the refunds be made to their One Plan Cards. A very competent and friendly consultant, Senamile Princess Majola, explained my specific situation to me and successfully and politely resolved my queries to my satisfaction. Accolades to One Plan and specifically to Senamile for excellent customer service. Thanks, Dalene.
