Customer Care Consultant - Palesa Mabiletsa

I have been having issues with OnePlan and been struggling to cancel my policy for the past 3 months. Inherently one would be annoyed on any phone call if you've been struggling with the company but Palesa Mabiletsa quickly changed and set the tone for the phone call. Best customer care experience I've had and such a pleasant customer care consultant. The company itself would have gotten a much lower rating from me but thanks to Palesa, they receive 5.
