Customer Care Consultant

Onepet's customer care consultant, Njabulo Dlamini is an exception to the rule, I have not had such wonderful service from an individual in a long time, I called him with a small problem this morning, he asked me to send some information through to clarify some things, which I did, he called me back to let me know that it was all sorted out and that he had updated my policy details with all the correct information for all future claims, so as not to have the same problem/delays again.
