Currently I am not too impressed with my experience

Currently I am not too impressed with my experience. I am 38 weeks pregnant. I have sent through my pre-authorization request as per instructions 2 weeks prior to due date. With my last Dr. Visit the Dr. gave me a letter that I had to send through to One Plan I've sent everything through to the Pre-authorization email using my already received Ref number. The only response I received is that they will give me my code 'next week' as my due date is only the 21st. This tells me they didn't even bother to open my attachment cause in it the Dr. States due date 15 July due to medical reasons. I need clarity and my mind set at ease. I cannot just go ahead without knowing that my delivery will be covered. And there won't be any problems. Regards Theresa
