Cruel Oneplan !!!!

I can not explain the hurt and unexpected pain a Oneplan agent caused to me today, I was just looking for medical aid for me and my husband, and wanted to personalise my cover accordingly to what we need due to the fact that I can not have children, lost my womb when I was 19 years old due to abuse, and Lesego was the one telling me after I asked if we can remove the birth cover that she don’t think so and that she trust that God will give me a child, the pain I had to relive again after all this years trying to deal with it and she comes with nonsense like this ?😫it is cruel and I will never do business with a company that don’t teach their agents to be sensitive towards people and what happened in their lives stuff that can not change. It is like telling a person born without eyes that you will one day see, not knowing that is the biggest wish that will never be guaranteed!! Cruel!!!!!
