Courier issue with delivery of my card but received fantastic service from Nompilo Lediga and Oliver who both assisted me with ensuring I received my one plan card for my dog Buddy’s pet insurance in time for his yearly vet visit which I had to secure a month in advance and was afraid I would miss if I didn’t get the card in time. Nompilo followed up several times and even took the time to call me after delivery to check that everything went ok. Incredible! If this is the kind of service I get, I’ll be with One plan for a very long time!
