Consultants at its worst!!!! If i could it would be a Minus in the star rating!!!
<p>Its ridiculous when the ONE PLAN HEALTH INSURANCE consultants deliberately dont contact people to inform them about the cancellation process so that the fricken company can ***** more money from its people!!!! I find it strange that they cannot just be curtious and not ***** PEOPLE"S money!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Im tired of One plan always doing this to people!! Can the Consultants not catch a wake up and DO THEIR FRICKEN JOB AND NOT SIT AROUND DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT!!!!!!!! This is outragious and pathetic- i shall not advertise that i once was part of this group!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Highly Annoyed at the Dreadful service we always receive... ONE PLAN CONSULTANTS SHOULD GO ON A FRICKEN COURSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>

Thank you for taking our call and allowing us the opportunity to resolve this matter.
As per our telephonic discussion, we have searched through our records and we couldn't find any requests from yourself or your new employer to cancel your policy except for the request received on the 23rd of May 2017.
We have since cancelled your policy for the 01/07/2017 as in accordance with our policy wording, there is a calendar months notice and a R100 cancellation fee when cancelling your policy.
