Consultant Anele Khoza

This review goes out to Anele Khoza at Oneplan Pet Insurance. I was having endless problems trying to get my card from Oneplan Pet Insurance and after 3 months of phone calls and emails about the lack of delivery of the card I was ready to cancel my subscription. On my last attempt to sort it out I was lucky to get Anele as the consultant. She was FANTASTIC and went out of her way to help me and finally the card was delivered today. Oneplan look after this lady, she is an asset to your company and saved you a client. Thank you Anele for being so efficient and doing an amazing job. In a country where service is becoming non-existent it was so heart warming to deal with someone who listened to the client and actually went out of her way to fix the problem. If she said she would phone me back in 10 mins...that exactly what she did. I'm so impressed. Well done Anele, you are tops in my books. Thank you
