Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Oneplan Insurance *Rating:* 4 out of 5 *Review:* I had initially placed a refund claim via the app and I received an SMS stating that it was received and would be processed. The following day I checked the app and my claim history said I had not made any claims. So I used their chat option where I was assisted by Sophie on WhatsApp. She was very quick with responding and very helpful. She's the main reason I'm giving it 3 stars because I don't understand why the app isn't as efficient as it should be.
