Compliment to Nathanuel Phillips
I had the pleasure of meeting Nathanuel Phillips today and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Due to Covid, I had to cancel my pet insurance and signed up again today. He was professional and friendly, well spoken and well understood in his explanations. I've always loved Oneplan, which I believe is the best pet insurance to have, except for their app correspondence. That can sometimes be a bit frustrating. All in all, thank you Natanuel for making my sign up a completely pleasant experience. Well done young man.
