Compliment for Zainub Wahed

This week I received a call from Oneplan, I was assisted by two ladies, one doing data capturing and then I received a call from Zainub Wahed. I have never been assisted so professionally,friendly and just that touch of personal feeling ever. I had doubts about taking the health insurance as it is my first time doing it myself and not through a company but Zainub explained it all to me, allowed me to ask my many questions, answered me, and also told me that she is on the plan and her mum and also their experiences with it. That has been by far the best service I received and the fact that she knows what she is talking about was a huge plus. Zainub and One plan but mostly Zainub, thank you for calling,explaining and having patience with me. I appreciate it and am looking forward to our journey together.

Keep up the excellent work and I sure hope that there are more Zainubs in your company.
