I would like to take a moment to compliment Samantha Kieser from the Claims Department for her outstanding assistance and support.

Our pet (and cherished family member), Bella, recently required urgent veterinary assistance due to a ****** stool and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She was admitted to Panorama Veterinary Hospital, and within minutes Samantha was already assisting us with such kindness, care, and compassion.

Samantha followed up regularly and made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the claim. Her emails always started with a heartfelt “How is Bella doing?”, which truly meant a lot to us during a stressful time.

Bella has been with Oneplan since January 2016, and throughout the years we have always received sympathy, understanding, and excellent service from your team.
