Compliment: Excellent service
Phumla Mdingi and Cynthia Kekana are excellent consultants, One plan has the best people I have ever came across. Pleasant and willing to help. I had injured myself and I called oneplan in tears and the Phumla lady was just God's sent, I went to the hospital and all was well. Cynthia with her pleasant service, they make dealing with oneplan health a wonderful experience. As a matter of fact the health care service is quite great.
