Complement to Oneplan
Very friendly and the call centre is excellent. Cynthia called me regarding outstanding doctors invoice, in less than a hour she shorted everything out. Excellent service Cynthia Kekana. She is from the claims administrator. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much for sorting out my account. You are the best. Suzette van Staden.
