Good morning, l took a policy via telephone call, when the confirmation came the premiums were more than what l agreed on because l was not gonna afford l cancelled, following procedures, to my surprise my money was deducted l called them and l sent an email to complaints. Zarina Hartley was so helpful she called me numerous times making sure l get help l need without a fight .....she sent me an email yesterday confirming that my policy is cancelled and my money will be refunded into my account within 7 days.
