After an unpleasant experience with OnePlan consultants, I was contacted by Mereshnie Dheepnarayan who assisted me and resolved the issue with such grace and professionalism. She really made me feel valued as a customer and because of this I will continue to be a client of OnePlan. Thank you Mereshnie!
