Complaint about Car insurance (ONE PLAN INSURANCE)

I'm Nolukhanyo Mazamiso, I would like your office to assist me with my Car insurance which is One Plan insurance. On the 14th of June 2024 I was involved in car accident. I was driving my car. When I was driving I don't know that happen the suddenly fly to the fence and jumped into the dam. I phoned my insurance which is One plan and report the matter then insurance responded that I must find a Towing company on myself then they stated that they will pay me. So after their investigation they rejected to pay damage car also they refused to pay the amount that I paid for Towing company. Since 2021 paying this insurance. This is my first time involved in car accident. I hope my request will be taken into consideration.
