Compassionate and Efficient service
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance
A HUGE shout out to the One Plan Pet Team!
I have been receiving the most caring, compassionate, efficient and professional service over the past 4 years and I am confident that this team will go from strength to strength. Hassle free claims, prompt assistance on the app, email, phone and Whatsapp. They have been absolutely amazing these past 6 months taking each step alongside me during the very emotional, expensive cancer journey of my fur-baby, Bailey. Their patience and understanding offered me much needed support and reassurance. I know there is much more going on in the background than what we know or understand, but a special thank you to Reabetsoe whom I have dealt with on a more regular basis. Then, also Heather Webster, Caitlyn Martin, Christina Malobola, Mbali Fatyela and Cameron (did unfortunately not get the surname). These caring people gave me hope in the darkest of times. They are light and love! I want to publicly express my appreciation and gratitude and I know that the One Plan Team will be part of the family for many years to come. I highly recommended One Plan Pet insurance and would like to add that each of these special individuals are an asset to the business. This is a heartfelt thank you to everyone at our One Plan Pet Family!
