Communication

On 05/01/2017 I wanted to sort out my medical bills for the last few months. The self-service option would not allow me to upload invoices. The "chat with an agent" facility within the self-service portal doesn't work. I could not get through to the telephone number listed on the website. Eventually I clicked on the "call me" option on the website, hoping that an agent would make contact so I can get assistance. Now I have an agent calling me every few days to try and provide me with a quote for a policy with One Plan. To each agent I explain that I am an existing customer who needed help 4 weeks ago. And to each agent I request that they indicate that on the system so I won't be called again with a sales pitch. But the phone calls just keep coming. PLEASE can someone make them stop?

Well done OnePlan, you have managed to peeve me off again. I received yet another phone call yesterday from someone at your call centre who wanted to generate a quote in response to my website query... almost 3 months after I posted the query (which wasn't for a quote) and after I have asked a number of times to please have these phone calls stopped. What must I do to get your system to accept the fact that I have been a client for years, I don't need a quote and I don't want to be called for one at regular intervals?
