Clientele service
I had issues with my cover that lasted for over a month as i had been calling through without any luck however the one day i wrote an email and Ayanda Yende took it upon her self to run with me until the issue was resolved
She was consistent with the progress updates the whole time my perspective about One plan really changed since i had an encounter with her, iam really greatful that our paths really crossed,
For a client that had been with one plan since 2018 ,receiving such a bad service was really a shame for me i was at the verge of cancelling my policy but she came in handy for me, May you be consistent in your excellent services offered to me and may the good Lord continue to bless you, you really made my stay worth it !!!!
