Client saver.
After many phone calls, no one getting back to me regarding my medical card that expired end of July, money outstanding to me yesterday I called again for the 100th time and got spoke to Thaneshree Konar. Well this morning 8h10 my new card was delivered, my money that was on my old card was sorted to be transferred onto my new card. Well done Thaneshree you really saved a client, myself, from looking at alternate options.
