Claims with One Plan Insurance
I was about to really go to town with telling the world how disappointed, frustrated, and angry I was with One Plan. Communication issues and what seemed like the lack of care for the customer/patient/ client, i.e. me, was devastating.
But I would like to say a very big thank you to Denzil Govender for turning that around. Thank you! Your care and going the extra mile to really listen and review my case turned a nightmare around. Being diagnosed with cancer is frightening on so many levels. It is a very emotional time and the last thing one needs is no cooperation from ones insurance. I'm so glad that One Plan has someone like Denzil who really listens to the Client. It has made the world of difference. I look forward to continued support and assistance with my claims.
