CLAIMS CLERKS MISHAP, BECOMES ANOTHER CLERKS CHALLENGE

Due to a mistake made by one of the claims operators, who placed a surgial procedure under illness in hospital, instead of accidental cover, my son was not eligible for his ACL construction. After many calls, supplying of proof and back and forth fighting - it took just one operator to listen and react in a favourable manner and the claim was rectified within 10min. My son may now proceed with his procedure and in turn, secure his future career.
