claim theft !!!!
i have claimed x3 times with a total of R 4300-00 which i paid with my own money as their card never works. they processed my claim and paid out R1100.00 in total and they said they will charge or deduct it from my oneplan account . WHY ?????
i have alraedy paid everything with my own money. so now you pay out 1100 of 4300 and than you cahrge 3200 to my one plan account but i already paid for everything so for 4300 claim i was charged 7500 in total cause to dont pay out my claim in full and than still charge it to my oneplan account.
