Kindly note that you have the convenience of loading funds onto your Onecard in advance using the Oneplan App before your Doctor's visit.
  
 As a guideline to load funds for a day-to-day claim on the Oneplan App, please follow these steps:    1. Login with the policy number and password 
  2. Select the plan 
  3. Select my claims
  4. Select a new claim 
  5. Select applicable claim benefit (doctor visit / Scripted Medication / Pathology, etc) 
  6. Select the date ( at least 48 hours before) 
  7. Select the insured that is claiming 
  8. Select the process claim button 
  9. If approved funds will be sent to the Onecard in 60 seconds. 
  10. You can withdraw/swipe the Onecard to make payment. 
  11. Upload photo of the valid/detailed invoice
