Claim process made easy.
Thank you again for OnePlan pet insurance team for all their support and excellent service in helping me out these last three difficult weeks. With the death of my pet they showed me a great deal of compassion and patience as I had to get all the necessary vet documents and information they needed to help with the claims. Kim Street was my correspondence through this time and I appreciate that she treated me as a person who has lost a fur baby rather than just a business asset. She kept sending her condolences and it made the process much easier. Thank you once again.
