Claim

I received a three month prescription from the doctor. I submitted everything to Oneplan and they paid for my medication in November and December, I went to fetch my last package but they are now saying they are not going to pay for it because it's an exclusion, I submit the paper work again and show them they have paid before without problems. They go back to their system and come saying they one pay because I only took one item on the prescription and they don't cover it but they have been paying for it all these months. Reason I didn't take the oral medication is because I am pregnant and the doctor stopped it. That medication is only R26 and the one I took is R347 and they gave me R190 each time for prescriptions. The person I'm chatting to says they only covered it because of the R26 medication, please make it make sense. Why didnt they pay only R26 for the medication they pay for all those months and let me cover the "exclusion". I need valid answer that makes sense.
